Victor Bisong is the Managing Director of CardinalStone Pensions, based in Lagos, Nigeria. He is a seasoned Investment Banker and Capital Markets professional with over 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Trustee Services, and Wealth Management.
He began his career at First Bank of Nigeria Plc and has held key roles at SIAO Chartered Accountants, Nextzon Business Services, Cowry Asset Management, and PAC Capital Limited, leading major capital-raising and advisory transactions. He played a pivotal role in the 2005/2006 banking and insurance consolidation, conducting financial due diligence for over 10 institutions.
Victor co-founded Imperial Hills Limited and was the pioneer Managing Director at Transsnet Asset Management Ltd, securing its SEC Fund and Portfolio Management License.
He holds a BSc in Accounting from University of Calabar, an MSc in Finance and Banking, and is a registered Sponsor Individual with the SEC. He is a member of SAIBA and the Institute of Banking, Ireland, with extensive local and international training in investment and wealth management.
