Dr. (Mrs.) Christiana Okenla is a distinguished Nigerian business leader, customer-experience strategist and transformational professional with 24 years of experience spanning customer service, contact-centre management, customer relationship management, client advocacy, telecommunications and digital infrastructure.
She currently serves as Director, Customer Success at MainOne, now part of Equinix, where she provides strategic leadership in advancing customer success and experience excellence across West Africa. She champions a customer-first culture that aligns customer outcomes with organisational growth, long-term value creation and sustainable business performance.
Christiana’s career includes leadership experience at United Bank for Africa, Airtel, NIIT, Tech Mahindra, ipNX and MainOne. Her work across Nigeria’s banking, telecommunications and technology sectors has given her a strong understanding of business transformation, digital innovation and evolving customer expectations.
A defining feature of her career is her ability to reposition customer experience from a traditional service function into a strategic business differentiator.
