Innocent Oseghe is the Managing Partner/CEO of Human Capital Partners (HCP), a Lagos-based HR firm. He is a highly accomplished HR Consultant with almost three decades of industry experience across various sectors such as Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Professional Services.
He has extensive experience in Management Consulting, Learning & Development, Human Resources Management, and Supply Chain Management with specific expertise in corporate strategy, human resources planning, recruitment and selection, organisational development, performance management, career planning and coaching, reward management, employee relations, change management, and HR advisory services. He is also knowledgeable in production planning, logistics management, and small/medium-scale enterprise consulting.
Innocent has held key leadership positions in several organisations including KPMG, Strategic Results Consulting, Business Consultants and Managers Ltd, Harvest Investment Company Ltd, FrieslandCampina (WAMCO) Nigeria Plc etc. And has received recognition for his leadership abilities, including being the recipient of the Africa Prize for Leadership Excellence Award in 2017. He also serves on the faculty of training institutions such as NIM, CIPM, and Lagos Business School.
He is a Fellow (FCIPM) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and until recently, he was a member of the Governing Council, as well as the Chairman of the Professional Development & Consultancy Committee of the Institute. He is also an active member of other professional organisations, including the American Society for Human Resources Management, American Society for Training & Development, Nigerian Institute of Training & Development, Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, and Nigerian Institute of Management.
